For our midterm project, Mary and I decided to interview the owners of the new restaurant, Moonwink. This was our third time conducting an interview, so it was not very difficult. However, it was a lot easier to set the camera and lights up this time. I found that the composition of the shot was a lot better this time around. 

 

Wes was very easy to interview. He basically gave us all the information we were looking for after our first two question. This made it easy to edit out the things that we did not want. Another thing that was much easier about this interview was getting b-roll. We filmed them making food for customers doing some other chores. I also think that Mary and I worked really well together on editing this interview.
